Terms and Conditions
Reservations
All request are subject to space/availability and can be made by fax, email or telephone Confirmation will be retuned within 24 hours. During high season we requires 5 nights minimum stay. Any stay less than 5 nights will have a departure fee.

Maid Services
All home will be clean at your arrival date. Maid services are not included.

Security Deposit
Upon arrival all guest must register at our office We required all guest to provide one of the fallowing: $65 non-refundable damage deposit or a $250 deposit one major credit card

Payments
All properties are non-smoking and not pets are allowed. One night deposit which is non refundable is required and will be applied to the total amount due. The final payment is due 30 days before your arrival date and is non refundable at that point. Final payment will be billed to your credit card on file unless other payment arrangements have been made.

Cancellation Policy
One night deposit is non-refundable. No Refund for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival.
